気候変動、生物多様性の損失及び資源枯渇の課題は、年々深刻度を増しており、早急な対応が必要な状況にあります。当該課題を解決する⼿段として、サーキュラーエコノミー及びネイチャーポジティブの重要性が⾼まっていることから、当該領域に特化したファンドを組成し運営することで、上記の課題の解決に貢献します。
本ファンドは、SBIグループのSBI新⽣企業投資と三井住友トラストグループの三井住友トラスト・インベストメントが共同で運営し、双⽅の銀⾏グループがファンド運営を⽀援することにより、双⽅グループの強みを融合したファンド運営を実現します。
The Circular Economy and Nature Positive Fund I, L.P. was established in 2025 with the aim of contributing to the realization of a prosperous life through the development of circular systems and nature-based transformation by supporting start-up companies in the fields of circular economy and nature positive.
The challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion are becoming increasingly severe with each passing year, necessitating urgent action.
As circular economy and nature-positive approaches gain importance as means of addressing these issues, we aim to contribute to their resolution by establishing and managing a fund specialized in these domains.
This fund is jointly managed by SBI Shinsei Corporate Investment of the SBI Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Investment of the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group. By having both banking groups support the fund’s management, it enables the integration of the strengths of both groups to realize effective and collaborative fund operations.
